Our Founder

Glen Sollors believes that success can be measured in many ways. Ultimately, it is a measurement of happiness. Generally, we are happiest when we do what we love.

Glen is a management consultant and sales and marketing professional that has helped employees and clients across Canada succeed. He has worked in both functional and dysfunctional teams and has overcome challenges and capitalized on opportunities by collaborating with all stakeholders on achieving mutually beneficial results.

He doesn't know it all and as such, learns from those he works with in order to help them connect to answers. Everyone wants to succeed and do what they love. He encourages people to understand how they show-up and how this either contributes or limits their success.

Believing in possibilities and taking control of ones life is what Glen is passionate about. He has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma in Adult Education and has over 15 years experience building pro-active and trust based relationships with international clients and employees at all levels. He relates very well to others and people feel compelled to share and examine their story.
